AtlasATLASPublic review · v0.3

Non-confidential product brief

Atlas v0.3 turns operational work into governed, reviewable records.

Atlas is a governed operating system for business operations. It coordinates accountable ownership, evidence and explicit authority without allowing AI or workflow automation to silently replace responsible decisions.

How work moves

Assign → Execute → Prove → Verify

01

Assign

A Founder defines the outcome, accountable owner, contributors, deadline, completion criteria and evidence requirements.

02

Execute

The accountable Operator accepts the work and records progress, questions or blockers in the task record.

03

Prove

Evidence and a completion submission remain attached to the same attributable operational record.

04

Verify

The Founder reviews the submission and evidence, then verifies completion or requests a revision with a reason.

Explicit authority

Every role has a clear boundary.

One accountable owner performs the work. Contributors support it. Oversight does not silently become final authority.

Workspace authority

Founder

Defines governed work, approves access, reviews evidence and holds final verification authority in v0.3.

Operational oversight

Supervisor

Observes work, reviews context and escalates concerns without inheriting Founder verification authority.

Accountable execution

Operator

Accepts assigned work, declares progress and submits evidence and completion for review.

Read-only visibility

Viewer

Reviews authorised records without changing operational state.

Live capabilities

  • Structured task briefs with one accountable owner and contributors
  • Progress, questions, blockers and evidence in one task record
  • Image and PDF evidence, including offline evidence queuing

  • Notifications, recommendations and audit-ready reports
  • Governed Atlas Assistant proposals with explicit confirmation

Review boundaries

What reviewers should not infer

  • A completion submission is not a verification.
  • Atlas Assistant may observe, explain, recommend and prepare a draft; it does not silently change operational state.
  • Authority and current record state are checked again when a governed action is confirmed.
  • Availability is member-declared coordination context, not a performance judgement.
  • Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Finance and Marketplace remain planned—not represented as live v0.3 capabilities.

Suitable early validation environments

Atlas v0.3 can be evaluated by provision stores, restaurants, warehouses, construction teams and service businesses for bounded work that benefits from accountable ownership, evidence and explicit verification.
